Thermal Performance Testing. Fulkerson & Associates, Inc. can provide all of the necessary instrumentation and personnel to conduct a thermal performance test in accordance with the CTI ATC-105 or ASME PTC-23 test procedures. We use state of the art electronic data acquisition systems to collect and store the test data. All temperatures are measured with precision platinum RTDs calibrated and traceable to NIST. The RTD probes are read once every ten seconds by the data logger and averaged for the test period. The test instruments can be packed in cases which can be taken as baggage on commercial airlines. The test instruments have been taken and used in locations as far away as Chile in South America and the Philippine Islands. If the tower is not performing satisfactorily, we can make suggestions for changes to improve the cooling capacity of the tower.
